‘ SAP license optimization ‘ and ‘Central process automation in SAP’ on Hamburg of course for success, June 18, 2010 also this year the annual Conference of the HONICO group, this time as a joint event with Flexera software, again successfully took place. On 10 and 11 June 2010 an informative and versatile program was offered to the interested participants in a maritime atmosphere directly at the Kiel fjord. A focus of this year’s event was central automation of business processes in the SAP system landscape, especially with respect to belief often separate the IT perspective and the process point of view on a company or one of its subareas. HONICO with the product BatchMan offers a clean, efficient, and cost-effective solution by cleverly scheduled batch processes to optimize sensitive business processes, such as the month-end closing or processes in HR and logistics. An additional coupling by BatchMan with IntegrationMan, also a HONICO product for an optimal connection of the nonSAP world with the enterprise existing SAP landscape, can create significant added value of the solution. The theme of SAP was the second major topic focus license optimization, in particular through the use of FlexNet Manager for SAP Business Suite from Flexera software, formerly dynamic license control by HONICO, years leading product for SAP license management and optimization, and since September 2009 part of the FlexNet Manager suite for optimizing License including SAP, Microsoft and Oracle.

Important aspects were here including a precise budgeting of the future SAP license requirements, improving transparency and ensuring license compliance. For both subjects, provided the event in addition to informative presentations from the experts – as well as the customer environment and detailed insights into current projects as much space for discussion and exchange of information with experts and users.
