Block B hosts the Center of Especialidades Odontolgicas (CEO), reinaugurado in 2009, this block destines it the attendance of special cases directed of other units of health for treatments of periodontia, dental odontoradiologia, prteses and other services related to the buccal health. Block C understands the biggest constructed area, sheltering the services of ambulatorial medical attendance, pharmacy, accomplishment of clinical examinations and the cabinets of the administration and general direction of the CRDT. This block is divided by areas, such as (1) Service of attention the ostomizadas people, (2) Control service of the tobaccoism, (3) Service of attention to the patient with tuberculosis, (4) Service of attention to the patient with hansenase (on to the service of baciloscopia of the laboratory), (5) Service of diagnosis for image (ultrasonografia, mamografia and radiology), (6) Service of diagnosis for graph-dynamic methods (ergometric test, test to holter, eletroencefalogrfico examination, electrocardiographic examination), (7) Service of endoscopia and colonoscopia, (8) ambulatorial Service (cardiologia, medical clinic, coloproctologia, dermatology, endocrinology, gynecology and obstetricses, infectologia, mastologia, neurology, urologia) and (9) Center of Testagem and Aconselhamento (CTA) that it is a special clinic that receives patients directed from other units of health for accomplishment of clinical and laboratoriais examinations for detention of sexually transmissible illnesses, this clinic is formed by a team to multidiscipline (biomedical doctors, nurses, psychologists and) whose objective has for base the information, detention treatment of the sexually transmissible illnesses. Finally, in block D, the municipal, local laboratory is located where the period of training is carried through of biomedicina academics. The laboratory of the CRDT counts on a team of 15 professionals, more than divided between the positions of assisting administrative, assisting of laboratory, technician of laboratory, biomedical and medical patologistas, that work in the sections of collection, reception, digitao, separation, biochemist, hematology, imunologia, parasitology, uranlise, citopatologia, baciloscopia and biossegurana. Daily two hundred laboratoriais examinations are carried through more than, therefore beyond directly taking care of the public directed to the CRDT, the laboratory it receives biological samples from other units of health (CIAMS) for accomplishment of the examinations of which these units do not possess structure or kit. To take care of this demand, the laboratory possesss equipment of last generation, automatized and standardized as specifications of the Brazilian Society of Clinical Analyses. The laboratory more than carries through 60 different examinations, divided inside of the areas of Hematology, Biochemist, Imunologia, Hormones, Uroanlise, Parasitology, Citopatologia and Baciloscopia. The Laboratory also counts on a continued educative program, receiving trainees from diverse institutions of education beyond the UFG, as the Pontifical University Catholic and the Oswado College Cross. By these characteristics, the CRDT is considered a unit of advanced health, that takes care of directed cases special of other public services of health, counting on a team and specialized structure, mainly in relation to the laboratory, thus providing, an excellent field of period of training for the biomedicina academics.
